- siteLevel - best used complementary, as siteLevel spiders only up to 1000 pages (whereas there are over 2000 pages at MieNet) – FreeFind, in contrast, usually covers all of MieNet's pages.
- SpaceSurfer's MiniSearch - a good complementary alternative - MiniSearch covers all of MieNet's pages; it just tends to produce too many search results (and, my fault, its database is not updated very often)
